Panel Review
A community panel convenes to read and discuss the full proposals, using a shared ranking system and communal study of work samples. The panel makes grant recommendations to the collaborating funders, who then convene to review and give final approval to the grant awards.

Reader Review
Letters of inquiry are read by community readers and scored using a shared tool. After discussion of all the reader reviews, 40-50 collaborations are selected and invited to submit full proposals based on their letters of inquiry.
