The Paul Dresher Ensemble and composer Paul Dresher collaborating with mechanical theater artist Matt Heckert, percussionist Steven Schick, and the Paul Dresher Ensemble to create large-scale musical instruments that function as the set and sound-generating sources for a new music-theater work. The project’s scope includes a live theatrical performance as well as an audience-interactive installation at a gallery or museum.
