ODC/Theater collaborating with choreographer Benjamin Levy, his company LEVYdance, and composer Keeril Makan to develop a new dance theater piece, exploring the experiences of first generation immigrants who came to the United States seeking asylum from oppressive regimes and the experiences of the children they raised “American.” The score for the piece is recorded by Kronos Quartet.
