The Oakland Zoo collaborating with writer Rebecca Solnit and Heyday Books to produce a series of evocative literary descriptions of California native wildlife that will be available for incorporation into the Zoo?s exhibitions and signage and were published in A California Bestiary illustrated by Mona Caron.
