Veteran and ceramic artist Ehren Tool is currently in residence at the Palo Alto Art Center, where he is creating a new body of work that honors local veterans and highlights their shared experience. Through June 29, Tool is working at the Center, creating thousands of ceramic cups using imagery and objects collected from community members. As the cups are created, fired, and glazed, they will be displayed in the Arts Center’s gallery, with the final exhibition on view from July 1 through September 7.
The Center is open Tuesday through Sunday and the public is warmly invited to visit and interact with Ehren Tool during his residency–10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day but Sunday when hours are 1-5 p.m.
