Commons Archive invites the public to a free talk by former Black Panther Party member Saturu Ned on Saturday, October 19, 2-4 p.m. at the Golden Gate Branch of the Oakland Public Library. The event is one in a series of programs illuminating neighborhood history as revealed in personal archives and stories of residents.
