Muralist Pablo Ruiz Arroyo is collaborating with Center for Independent Living on three murals in Berkeley and Oakland to honor The Center for Independent Living’s 50th anniversary, the birth of the independent living movement and a vision for disability justice into the future. The works will be created with the artistic team of Pancho Pescador and disabled artists Charles Blackwell, Vanessa Castro and Tiffany Hong.
