Edward “Scape” Martinez and Mural Music & Arts Project along with talented youth collaborating on the create of two murals for installation at identified crime “hot spots” in East Palo Alto. The project partners will involve multiple generations of East Palo Alto residents who will contribute ideas for the murals’ concepts, colors, and content —working together to promote neighborhood peace and unity.
