Southern Exposure at Project Artaud collaborating with an artist team headed by Julio Morales, architects, urban planners, computer programmers, and young people on Urban Renewal Laboratory. The project culminates with installation of a model city at Southern Exposure, a public forum, a printed catalogue, and a bicycle ride?all exploring current experiments in urban planning.
