Door Dog Music Productions collaborating with Tashi Dhondup Sharzur (Techung) and other Central Asian artists to create a work for The Ritual Project, exploring music of ancient rites and rituals, including Manas, the world?s longest epic poem based on the legends of the Kyrgyz people of Central Asia; Hindi ceremonies; Israeli desert music; Tibetan shamanistic rituals; Sufi percussion; and Armenian and Kurdish rituals.
