Grants will range from $15\,000 to $45\,000. \nThe Alliance for California Traditional Arts’ Living Cultures Grants Program seeks to sustain and strengthen the folk and traditional arts with grants of $5\,000 to California-based nonprofits\, as well as other organizations who work with fiscal sponsors. Its Apprenticeship Program encourages the continuity of the state’s traditional arts and cultures by providing $3\,000 contracts to master artists to offer intensive\, one-on-one training to qualified apprentices.
