California Academy of Sciences collaborating with Nigerian-born sculptor Geoffrey Nwogu on the rare creation and presentation of a Mbari family of three deity figures. The work resembles a typical Mbari house complex built as part of the ritual customs practiced by a handful of small villages in Igboland, near the township of Owerri.
