Application Seminars:

Optional application seminars for potential Creative Work Fund applicants are being offered beginning in September 2008.

Applicants are not required to attend a seminar, but are encouraged to do so—especially if they are unfamiliar with the Fund—and seminars fill quickly.  Reserve a space on line below or call 415-402-2794 to reserve a seat at least two work days before the event. Click here to sign up.

Fall 2008 informational seminars are as follows:

  • Stanislaus County: Monday, September 8, 2:30 - 4 pm, McHenry Museum, 1402 I Street, Modesto; co-sponsored with the Salinas Arts Council and McHenry Museum.

  • San Joaquin County: Monday, September 8, 5:30 - 7 pm, Haggin Museum, 1201 North Pershing Avenue, Stockton; co-sponsored with the Stockton Arts Council.

  • Marin County: Wednesday, September 10, 5 - 6:30 pm, Marin Arts Council, First Floor Conference Room, 555 Northgate Drive, San Rafael; co-sponsored with the Marin Arts Council.

  • San Mateo County: Monday, September 15, 5-6:30 pm, Hillbarn Theatre, 1285 East Hillside Boulevard, Foster City
