• Tell us about the finished work (its form, size, medium, duration, mode of presentation).  Was it similar to what you imagined in your original proposal, or did it develop in unexpected ways?

• Tell us about your collaboration with the organization.  Who did what?  Was that division of duties clear and manageable?   What was most challenging about the collaboration?

• Did you experiment with new approaches and/or materials because of the nature of this project?  How was it similar to or unlike past works you have made?

• Did you encounter unanticipated expenses during the project?  What were they and how did you cover them?

• How were you paid?  (Up front?  Monthly?  Quarterly?  Upon completion of the work?)

• If you were to embark on a similar project in the future, what would you do differently?

• What was most significant about the project for you?

• Is there anything else you would like to tell the Creative Work Fund about this project?
